“I love your beef jerky. That is the best beef jerky I have ever tasted. I also love your cubed steak. It is my favorite.”

We raise a herd of 250 Charolais and Black Angus cross-bred cows on grassy pastures in Washington and Idaho.

We believe in raising the animal as close to their natural way of being as possible.

When a calf is born it is nursed and nurtured by its mother on our ranch until it reaches 8-10 months. Every summer, on June 1st we take all of our animals to their summer pasture in Harvard and Emida, ID. There, they graze on tall grass until the middle of October. Then, we bring them back to our ranch where they graze on our pasture until January 1st, so long as the weather permits. In the winter months, our cows live in our barnyard where they are protected from the elements until the snow melts three to four months later. In the wintertime, our cattle eat hay and natural grains, such as wheat and pea screenings grown in Rosalia, WA. The harvest weight of our cattle is 1,000-1,300 lbs.
